        I have been trying to set up automatic payment on a loan and the website doesn't have what I need. I have tried to go to the local brick and mortar building and they close at 4:00 PM. What bank closes at 4:00?! My husband chose Bank of America for his loan. My bank, Centennial Bank, is open in the drive-thru until 7:00 PM which is amazing for people who actually work until 5:00 PM. This has been a horrendous experience! I would never recommend for anyone use this bank.

        Closing the drive thru due to unsavory people is what I was told by the bank manager. Handle your business and maybe hire a security officer. I despise this bank and when my father in law passes I will close his accounts and never deal with them again.
