Way overpriced on cakes. Bought a quarter sheet cake $55. And the cake decorating was poor. Ive always had good experience but not this time..

Real friendly and very easy to work with read over my order to confirm. They were a lot of help. I spoke with Whitney. When picking up order they were great, too. I was surprised to see sprinkles all over the cake because I thought it would just be on some of it, but I also don't care either way and didn't specify. 100% not their fault and 0% big deal. They had the order ready when I arrived. They were on time. Cake tasted good, but they didn't follow directions. It was supposed to have real strawberries AND strawberry filling. However, it only had the filling. No real strawberries. They confirmed the order on the phone when ordering. They charged what they said they would charge during pickup. This part of the cake was never changed from the start of conversations. The things being figured out were sizes and frosting type. I'd also figure that setting aside their base prices, the strawberries are probably the bulk of what I'm paying additional costs for.
