        Made an appointment to have oil changed, tire balance and rotation, AC leak and a tailgate recall for our truck. They had the truck on December 21, 2022 through January 4, 2023. I missed work because my vehicle was in the shop longer than expected. Got a call on the fourth that the truck was ready but we didnt take of the recall because that would take 4 hours. Never mind the truck was there for two weeks. The lack of communication and completion of work is absolutely ridiculous, unprofessional and unacceptable.

        Hands down the best service I've ever had from a dealership. I had an issue with my tire, they took great care of it in a timely manner and the communication was spot on.
