I called the day before for info on service for Saturday morning , the rep was helpful. When I arrived that Saturday morning it wasn't long before one of the techs started the job and finished a little under the estimated time frame, the tech also took the time to answer some of my curious questions about car care.

The level of professionalism was very impressive! My daughter had a service performed at a separate facility and they use Meineke for additional car repairs. Her car had broken down later and it had to be towed to Meineke. To make a king story short, Nation kept us informed of everything that was happening and went the extra mile to make sure we weren’t getting hit with “surprise-surprise” charges. I want to thank he and all of the technicians and staff that worked on the car. It truly made us feel good knowing there are good people out here still doing good things for others!
