I Did help move a friend of mine/ to West Lake. There were ok. Didn't like having the one bathroom in the bedroom.

I don't live here, but my fiance does. The management seems good enough, and we haven't seen a bug (yet). My only thing is the water quality isn't great, so make sure you have a water filter for drinking water. It's not a bad idea to have a shower head filter, too.

It's a no stars for me 0. They have the most unprofessional office staff I have ever encountered.

Do NOT live here!! My bf and I lived here for 3 years and it went downhill so bad! Our water heater flooded our apartment twice in those times we have lived there. The first time they supposedly fixed it but didnt because it happened again a year later. They replaced the water heater but our apartment was flooded and instead of ripping the carpet up and putting new they just cut it and put fans under and told us to find somewhere else to stay for a few days. We have a 1 year old and that could have seriously caused us to get sick & create mold. Then we got bugs from our upstairs neighbors and our last year we had been faking and calling & they half sprayed around and then when we left told us we had to pay for the water damage & the bugs. How is that our fault that they didnt do their job? I thought thats what the deposit is for? So many questions. The maintence doesnt care and doesnt do their job as well as the exterminator & the office is just as bad! I told them for 2 days our stove was out and they supposedly said someone put it under the wrong thing in the office! Arkansas sadly has little to no renters rights and we dont have the money for court so sadly they got away with it. But dont do it!! Worst place Ive ever lived at!

I don't have many complaints about this place at all! Yes they could power-wash the buildings and some of the neighbors seem a little rowdy, but overall this place is great! Many amenities are included for the price, all of the appliances work, the leasing office has been SUPER friendly and helpful, and the maintenance people are quick to fix issues. No real complaints so far...would recommend!!
