        Parking is HORRIBLE at night! Theres no point in a parking pass. THEY DO NOT MOW THE LAWN! So be aware if you have dogs. Other than that good place to stay.

        For the love of God, if you decide to live here pick an upstairs apartment. Downstairs, we all give noise complaints nearly daily and nothing changes. Apparently, upstairs, you can party all night long, let toddlers go wild, and have a 50 pound dog running around no problem. Parking is a struggle, neighbors are insanely noisey (I'd rather live by a train yard), but priced a little bit lower than others but not worth penny pinching.

        These are awesome, safe and affordable apartments. The office staff is just wonderful and always helpful. UCAPD patrols the apartments constantly so it's very safe. I would recommend these apartments to everyone.

        Im paying rent to hear running jumping flipping lord knows !! Respect those below above and all around The Apartments are nice and plenty of room. I cant give them a good review based off the noise issue . I live down stairs and Im a person who works and come home to relax . Please ask before you move in because I have to have the worst spot living below an entire family with young kids . I hear Running jumping ect. non stop or only when Im home. Its torturous after long tiresome work days. Please if that bothers you check before moving in because they didnt tell me. I do think the Property manager is amazing I would give it 5 stars based on that but im basing it from my living experience here.

      Jay, we appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns about parking and the grounds. Due to the time of year, our landscapers have been coming monthly to biweekly, but last week they returned to weekly visits so we hope you'll notice a positive change here soon. As for parking, each resident receives a parking pass if they have a vehicle, and our community is currently at full capacity. This is something we are working to address and make more convenient for our residents. If there is anything more we can do to help, please don't hesitate to email us anytime at [email protected].
