The Edge at Donaghey Apartments Conway Arkansas

Prob one of the not so good apartments in Conway. They try to get you with the $500 w month fully furnished all utilities included. But what they dont tell you is that half the time those utilities dont work or constantly need to be fixed. Theyve also raised the rent to like $584 each occupant for a 4bd/4bth which definitely isnt worth it here. Management also isnt the best theyve been through 2-3 managers since Ive been here and the new one is sort of rude. Trash in the breezeway for months and they do nothing about it. Find somewhere else if you can.

Wonderful Staff , clean property and located next to UCA .. 5 plus stars.. amazing affordable living .. everyone seems to be polite and friendly.. laid back. Nice surroundings.. highly recommend.

I have had the privilege to live at the Edge for a year and a half! About to starts my second full year here! I LOVE IT! its so nice have my own bathroom and big closet! Maintenance works hard to get any issues fixed as soon as they can! I always love going to the office and visiting with Juliet, shes Fr the best!

My time at The Edge was absolutely horrible! They make you fill out a match form, and tell you they will do their best to put you with someone they feel fits you best well it was a major fail, and they put me in a horrible situation. When you ask for help they dismiss you, and you have to figure it out yourself. Management was rude unless you raise your voice and verbalize what you want/need. I would NEVER recommend staying here because you will be put in uncomfortable situations with your roommate(s) (especially if you dont know them prior to moving in)! It was one of the worst experiences of my life. You definitely get what you pay for (poor management and people who dont care about your well-being)! Definitely find somewhere else to live because this definitely isnt the place to be!
