Used them for tax returns for several years. Their service continually got worse while their fee continually increased. By the end they wanted $2500 to file my taxes. Would not recommend them to anyone.

They are not very good at getting in touch with you or actually doing what they said they would do. Would not recommend at all.

I've been using them since 2011. They fixed an issue that occurred when I tried to do taxes on my own. They've always been very helpful!
