Sonic Drive-In

The employees are incredibly rude and condescending. They scan off multiple tickets to keep numbers down and then deliver the food whenever they feel like it. I waited 10 minutes this morning for a large drink. I had to call in to get them to bring it out, as usual, and the male employee who answered was extremely rude. I have many years in the restaurant industry so I can say with confidence that this is a very poorly ran restaurant that desperately needs new management. Don't waste your time, just go literally anywhere else and be treated loads better!!!

Waited for 30 minutes for a large drink, literally nothing else just a drink!! As I watched everyone around me get their stuff and drive off, after 30 minutes I asked the sever how come the person that just pulled next to me got their stuff already when I only ordered a drink, he was very rude just replied with I don't know I'm the only server. Well by common sense if you're the only server you should know exactly where the food is going to next, he said it might be sitting there ready. So I told him he could keep it, nobody wants a watered down drink!!! Will never come here again. We should petition this place to get closed down and get a burger king!!!

Im rating it 3 stars Bcs half the time you get good food at a somewhat reasonable time and other times like today when I ordered I got my food 20-30 minutes after ordering and it was all cold. We got a burger, fries and mozzarella sticks. We waited around 15-20 minutes and it finally said it was ready and they were gonna come out with our order and we watched for another 10-15 minutes as people who got there after us are served and we start to wonder if maybe they forgot our order or accidentally served it off. Well it finally came and it was all cold. The fries were stale. And when I say it was cold I mean its been sitting out for a while and is no longer at least somewhat hot. Like i feel like it was sitting out for those 10 min before they finally actually brought it out. And this happens a lot. I dont mind waiting when theyre busy or theyre waiting for fries to come up or mozzarella sticks to come up or I even heard they make the burger as the order comes but this definitely doesnt feel like the case EVERYTIME. I just wish it was more consistent because I actually really do enjoy their food but I enjoy it alot more when its actually warm-hot.
