Hampton Inn by Hilton Clarksville

Unfortunately very disappointed with this Hampton. Bored staff at check-in, no appreciation of status or the usual water bottles or cookies at check-in. When we arrived in the room, a strange smell, hair from the previous tenant in the bathroom and bed and torn curtains, sorry but that's not possible! Just disappointing when you consider that prices of up to $500 per night are quoted during the solar eclipse. A digital key was never sent to me despite a request. I have stayed at Hampton many times, but this is far below the standard you would expect at Hampton.

Stayed last night on a quick trip to Little Rock. From the outside I was a little nervous since it doesn't look like a "regular" Hampton as it only has 2 floors. The inside though...super clean, staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Breakfast was completely stocked even at 9am (breakfast ended at 10 and most places don't restock when breakfast is almost over). As soon as someone left the breakfast area, staff was already clearing off the table. Nice place! Rooms: Clean rooms, bathroom is spacious Noteworthy details: Breakfast had lots of options and fully stocked!

The staff was great breakfast bar was awesome the hotel was clean. It's however outdated and that's not a staff problem. Corner of our bathroom had dark staining on floor abd mold behind mirror that maids wouldn't be able to get to. Place was quiet. Had nice outdoor areas for visiting smoking vaping people. Email said Hampton by Hilton so that's the sign we were looking for ...Hampton Inn is the sign. Pool was nice room was clean. Easy to get to and the ac filters were clean clean most hotels do not keep up on that. Pics of outback sitting area and hotel in background
