        i had an AWFUL experience coming here. we called to get my daughter in for ear infections and a cold & the women at the front desk proceeded to tell us to bring her in immediately within the next hour so we did. once we got their the women then started to shame us for bringing our toddler in with covid symptoms and claimed us to be lying about telling us to come in so we left and refused to see my daughter. about 10 minutes later another women called us to tell us the women had actually gotten busy and FORGOT to tell anyone she had told us to come in. this is sadly not the first bad experience here. they have always treated my daughter as if she was a burden and took all of her problems lightly as if they didnt matter.i will NEVER come back.
