        I went in today right before closing and they were so busy there was a line out the door! Brian was the only one working. He was so helpful and patient. Not just today but every time Im in there he has a smile on his face. Also, Carol who works there is awesome too! She personally called me when I couldnt get my neighborhood mailbox open to tell me it had been fixed.

        They marked a package as delivered to the front porch. We went out as soon as it was delivered, per our security system, no one actually came to the front door. When my husband called to clarify they said the driver may have marked them delivered early because someone was helping him. But when asked what we do about filling a claim through the insurance if they don't show up by next week, he was told that he couldn't file a claim because it was marked delivered.
