@lockdoctorar Lock Doctor - I got locked out of the house. Unfortunately with old school Anderson crank out windows there isnt many ways to break in. At least that my non-criminal mind knows. So I called the highest rated on Google. I connected with an answering system, started leaving a message and they called back. I answered and talked to the voice on the phone. I explained what happened, asked the cost. They said they would be there in 30-35 minutes. I figured we were about as far away as possible, so thats fine. They were only 20minutes or so. Checked to make sure I was who I said I was. I was greatful for that. Service was fast and we were in the house and all was good with life. Customer service was professional, yet personable. Price was very acceptable, even lower than most. I was locked out of my apartment and I called the Lock Doctor multiple times last night (1:30 AM, 2 AM, 2:30 AM, & 3 AM) and I left voicemails with my name number and time I called. I NEVER received a call back. Not one. I even called at 3 PM to ask why I was never called back. The guy said, sorry, we aren't available 24 x7 anymore. I asked why they didn't update their hours and your voicemail and didn't really get an answer. I then asked what time they start working in the morning and he said 7 AM. I said that if you start at 7 AM, why didn't I receive a call back? They didn't even check their voicemails. If youre not 24 x7 then update your hours and voicemail. Then at least have the decency to call back potential clients that do leave a voicemail when you start your day! Very poor service and unprofessional! Do NOT use their services!

Lock doctor was amazing! Greg was nice and pleaset, had me back in my Jeep in less then 1 minute. And the price was just great!! I would most definitely recommend!!
