I sent my Softtub 300 circuit board off for repair to this place. (Short cycling, weird behavior of hot tub) They quickly repaired and returned it. It's now been about a year later and it's still performing great.

My 2 year old Softub hot tub started acting up about 6 month ago it had temperature fluctuations on the display and would short cycle, going on and off. Then finally, it wouldnt start sometimes making a clunk sound. Softub said it would be six months to get it fixed under warranty and there was no user serviceable parts. (Screw them.) I took it apart the hydromate and tested the motor it worked fine and I determined it had to be the control board. Guess what? You cant buy a control board. So after much searching found Lyra Tronix and they could repair the board. (I might have been a little skeptical) I sent the board into them, it tool a week including shipping. I popped the repaired board in the unit filled up the tub and everything works fine again. Thank you Lyra Tronics

Joel was very helpful in diagnosing the problem with my dryer, after determining my board was not the problem. He was very helpful to get my dryer heating again providing links for parts. He was very professional through the process, and followed up with me. I was very satisfied with his professionalism, and going beyond to help.
