I called them at 5:45pm to ask if they could mount 4 tires that day and an employee told me yes, if I arrived before 6:30pm. I live 30 miles away, so I drove straight there. I arrived at 6:20pm and was told they had already shut everything down and wouldn't be able to do it until the next day. I drove on BALD tires with the front passenger tire showing wires and missing some pieces of rubber. They expected me to drive home and then back the next day. I made them mount the front passenger tire because I was angry. They SHOULD have mounted all 4 though. I am a Walmart+ member and they didn't enter my information in their computer. I was charged $25+ for the one tire despite not being asked if they should balance it. I wouldn't have had them balance it because the other 3 tires weren't getting replaced until the next day and I believe they would have needed to balance it again. They didn't print a sheet of paper providing what I had paid for. I am angry and my vehicle is still parked 2 weeks later because I can't get it back over there due to timing/work issues. I am filing a complaint with their GM and possibly corporate. Bad business dealing all the way around for me.

1 year ago, I purchased brand new Goodyear tires for my wife's Ford Escape. Elected to pay the extra for lifetime balance and rotation. Today, 5/13/22, I try to get them rotated because it has been about 4 oil changes since installation. They refused me, told me my tread was too short, but the tread was short on the tires to begin with. Don't buy the 14 dollar rotation/balance. It's pretty much a scam. I'm out 56 dollars and it hurts to know that they can outright deny something that I paid extra money to have done. Service: Tire rotations
