        Hi to whom this concern I paid my cell phone bill on the 3rd why did she put in the system I paid on the 2nd,that's going to make at&t turn my phone off on the 2nd of May when in fact I get paid on the 3rd of every month please fix this problem

        Phone locked within 3 days of having it..the rep charged me $40 to unlock it but only did a factory reset and LOST YEARS OF PHOTOS AND VIDEOS
