Baptist Health Urgent Care - Cabot

We are a traveling family and I wasn't sure where to take 2 of my sick boys to be seen after a week of illness. Use "hold my spot" to make an appointment and we didn't have to wait very long. The Nurse (Sarah i think) was soo great with my boys which made things much for comfortable as they were nervous. Her and the practitioner took time to listen to my concerns and were willing to explore all options to find an answer for us. At the end the nurse took the kiddos to pick out stickers and gave them tokens to get a little toy from a bubblegum machine. I was nervous taking them somewhere other than their pediatricians office but they made it a great experience and took great care of my boys!

Had a bad cough runny nose etc. finally decided to get in to see the dr at Baptist urgent care. Got there after 6. They got me right in did an examine and sent me on way to pharmacy to pick up some meds. The dr told me if wasnt improving by Friday to call back for a different med to finish clearing up my illness antibiotic I assume. I was very happy with the service and speed things moved at.

Sarah and the rest of the staff are extremely helpful. Couldnt ask for better medical support.
