        We absolutely do not recommend this title company. We have worked with a few different ones and we do closings often. We had a special situation with a closing and we were told incorrect things by different reps of the company. They ended up releasing our funds without our consent and then told us it was up to us to recoup those funds. We also asked for our closing agent to follow up and she never returned our phones calls . We felt very ignored and not like a priority at all. We have also asked for her to forward our concerns to her supervisor and we havent heard back from them. They were very quick to get their lawyer involved after that. I wouldnt feel safe with this company handling my funds in the future so we wont be using them again.

      At 3pm on Thursday or general counsel reached out to Adam in order to determine the best resolution to the contractual issue between you and the buyer. To this date Adam has not returned his call. He is standing by to help resolve this.
