        Sidney was amazing. She scheduled us promptly and kept in touch with me the entire time. Doug was here right on time and made quick work of digging out our septic tank lid and getting it pumped. We had a backup over the weekend which had only been a couple of the since it was cleaned. Sidney was out here first thing Monday and was able to find the blockage which had nothing to do with the tank. She didn't leave until everything was in working order. These were two of the most pleasant and hard working people I have met. They go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. Dependable Waste Solutions will always be my first call.

During this time of Covid and cold weather, Dependable promise and delivered on the day scheduled. Service tech Austin went above and beyond customer satisfaction working late to keep Dependable's commitment.
