        I had Pamela previously, she was much more helpful than the lady I had today. The lady today didnt have much insight to give and didnt have half the personality and communication skills Pamela does. All of that can be changed with experience, though. She did nothing wrong although I do believe Pamelas experience wouldve gotten me a slightly higher amount on tax breaks. Side note: It was also hot enough it couldve caused a heat stroke and no air flow which is odd considering its the beginning of February.

        Filing my taxes with H&R Block is easy, and convenient since they offer a refund advance. The downside is that the cost is high.

        My husband and I normally do our taxes online but decided this year we would go to a professional since having a baby this past year. We worked with Pamela at HR block in Bryant and we will be going back to her for years to come. She was knowledgeable, answered all questions, took the time to do everything the right way. She did not rush at all and the best part was we were very impressed with our refund! Highly recommend using Pam at HR block!
