We attempted to look you up in our system to see what happened with your claim to have had such a negative experience. We were unable to locate any variation of your name in our system. Our staff is dedicated to giving each of our clients a good experience. We want to discuss this problem with you. Please reach out to us directly! We appreciate all feedback. We ALWAYS explain to our clients from the very start that applying for disability benefits can be a long and frustrating process. While a small percentage of cases may be won "easy," the vast majority of cases will take months and sometimes years. This is the nature of the system. The agency has been very shorthanded since the pandemic and this has caused an already slow system to almost grind to a halt at times. There are sometimes things we can do to speed things up and we do those things when we can but sometimes there is little that can be done except to be persistent. We do win some cases at the early stages and we have never and will never intentionally delay a case. Honestly, the system moves so slow on its own it would be difficult for us to slow things down any more if we tried. As I said, we do try to do what we can to speed things up when we can. We have been very successful in representing claimants. We work hard for our clients. We do things most other firms that practice in this area don't to improve our client's cases. We have fought the agency over certain issues that other attorneys were afraid or simply not motivated to take on. We have been described as the most aggressive social security disability firm in the state and, if you''ll check our other reviews here and on Facebook, you will find we have many, many satisfied clients. We don't know who the person was that left this review and, even if we did, would be prohibited by ethical rules from discussing their particular case in a public forum. I can say that, to your knowledge, this person has not attempted to discuss their concerns with us directly. We would be happy to discuss their concerns with them at any time. We do understand the hardships claimants endure in waiting for benefits and the frustration they experience. We fight aggressively for our clients and do what we can to speed up the process. The system is badly broken. The only people who can fix it are in Congress. We urge all of you to contact your Senators and representatives and tell them to take a serious look at the disability determination process and implement greatly needed reforms.
