I have been bringing my three littles to Saline County for a few years. They have had routine checkups and several procedures done here. I have mainly had Dr. Marks and Dr. Jenkins take care of my children since we have been going and I do not have anything bad to say. They make the children feel so comfortable, showing them all the tools they are going to use to work on their teeth. They talk to them in between and are always making sure they are okay. They also communicate very well with the parents. Taking them aside and showing them the X-rays while explaining what is going on. I feel they are honest! Also, all the ladies are always so nice to my children and I. I really wish I had such a good pediatric dentist when I was young! I will say, you do have to be right on time. I always have to leave my house super early since I live in Little Rock because they are strict on their time policies. I completely understand because they are always busy and have A LOT of children to fit in and take care of.

Been taking my daughter here since her first tooth (she 9) Always friendly, always caring, and they work well with all of the kids i see when we are there. I have scheduled 6mths out and as little as a few days out. The latter is sometimes more difficult, but they will get you in if they have any opening. They try to make it a good visit every time while being professional.

My son had a new patient appt scheduled in June of 2022. That same day, my family received devastating news and a cancer diagnosis for my father. Naturally, after receiving such news, I did not even think about calling to cancel my sons appointment. Today, I called to set him up an appointment, only to be informed that he would never be able to be seen there because of the no call no show. I explained the situation that happened and was told there were no exceptions to their policy. This came directly from the Office Manager, Brad Marks. He also accused me of being rude to one of the front office girls, when in fact, she was the one that was rude. I chose to not to even mention her attitude problem because people are allowed to have bad days. However, I have never dealt with complete and utter lack of compassion and understanding, especially when it comes to a childs health, as I did today with this office. I hope that no one else ever has to be treated the way I was.

If you're into big corporate operations that are all about a dollar instead of caring for your child, then this is the place for you. If your stuck in traffic and call to let them know you may be eleven minutes late. BAM! $100, and reschedule in a month or two, or be a terminated customer. Lord forbid your kid has three cavities. Get ready to schedule an appointment for each cavity, so you can miss three more days of work. My kids will not be back. Sorry for the bad review, but maybe it'll help you guys out on your future endeavors.
