Purchased a Door/Storm Door combo from them for $900. Installed it to perfectly level, door itself wouldnt shut all the way, the storm door wouldnt close correctly, and then noticed there were cracks in the door jam in multiple places within two weeks of installing. I wasnt living at the residence at the time so the door wasnt being used at all after installation. The door frame mounting screws mount from the outside so it wasnt caused by a screw, etc. I called about a warranty because I believe the frame itself is off, they asked if I had a receipt and I told them yes. They said theyd call me back, never did. Also sold me the wrong hardware for my storm door. Here it is months later, and my storm door STILL doesnt close correctly. Will not be doing business with this place anymore.

They don't sell anything to the General Public. Those people don't believe that anybody should fix their own stuff.
