After having to get on disability in my 60's I had to file bankruptcy. I had spoke to one & seriously couldn't believe what they told me & there would be no way to afford bankruptcy. I am the only income in my household so I was pretty devastated not knowing what I would be able to do. I had seen a sign on I-30 service road in Benton/Bryant for years on my way to work & I thought ya know call them see what they say & thank God I did. Had I went with the other Atty instead of following my instinct I would be paying mthly pymts for 5 yrs at over 5K. Foster Law sent me the info on what to expect, exact cost & how the pymts worked. The info explained each type of bankruptcy, all the rules.
