Absolutely disaster. Didn't terminate a contract for my parents when they asked in hopes they would "change" their mind on a house that was supposed to completed and wasn't, said he represented my parents only to find out he represented the sellers who paid him, didn't cancel closing or do the honest thing of giving the deposit back on a "new build" house that had the shottiest work I've ever seen. Run the other way.

urge anyone considering using this company to please think twice. This has been the worst experience I have ever had when it comes to buying and selling. The lack of communication was on a level to which I have never seen before. I was lied to, coerced, and cursed at by the buyers agent, Ali Eubank. William Payne is the broker and he is nice enough but does not pay much attention to what is going on. He puts it all on his girlfriend/agent, Ali. She is absolutely horrible. She made so many mistakes on the selling and buying of my homes that I am in a very tough spot currently. I do not believe that either of these people acted in my best interest. I will be pursing this further with the state.

William offered us excellent advice about the Bella Vista market which turned out to be very accurate. He was confident the house would sell quickly and at over asking price !!! Ali Eubank took beautiful pictures of the house which were instrumental in its sale.

I recently sold my house with William and had a great experience. He was very responsive and communicated better than any agent Ive ever worked with. He saved me a lot of money and made things easy. Ill be using his services again.
