        DO NOT SUBMIT RENTAL APPLICATION. My experience was marked by a significant absence of professionalism, communication, and transparency. After submitting my application and the associated fee, I received no response whatsoever (over a month) regarding the status of my applicationwhether it was approved or denied! Effective and courteous communication, as well as timely responses regarding application outcomes, should be fundamental components of any rental application processes and this company will simply just take your money and leave you in the dark.
