Professional, Honest & Prompt. There are many positive things I can say about Jon but the key things that stand out the most are honesty, trustworthy, professional and prompt. My wife and I met Jon during an open house several months ago. We didnt put an offer on that particular home but Jon left us with a great impression that we would definitely contact him first - and we did on a home that opened up that we wanted to see. Jon was very prompt and got us inside that home in a very short amount of time. During that time and after the tour, he provided us a lot of factual details - something you just dont seem to get these days. That home didnt suit our needs. Couple months later and on Halloween, land in a desirable area that met our needs popped up for sale. Contacted Jon where he got us an offer submitted that evening. After another week and another bid submitted, our offer was accepted. Throughput the process, Jon was in constant communication and provided resources for the things we needed to get done on our end before closing. After the sale was completed, Jon then provided more contacts for architects or home builders for when we are ready. To this day and a month later, Jon does check in from time to time. We definitely recommend Jon and will work with him again!
