When we were house hunting in a crazy market we made 3 offers that were all passed over, but our realtor kept working so hard to make sure we found the perfect place to plant our family! We bought our new construction home in 2021 with Madeline Smallwood as our amazing realtor & she taught us so much! She prepared us to ask the questions that would be so important & explained all the contracts & documents we were signing! We are thankful she taught us to ask if blinds, gutters, sod & a fence were included when we bought our home & advocated for us!! You are so good at what you do!! After a year in our dream home, she still sends thoughtful mail, treats & house gifts throughout the year! The Christmas ornament she made us brought me to tears! 1st home!!
