      image Wesley Puckett is probably the WORST insurance agent you could ask for. In the last year, Ive pretty much had to manage my own homeowners policy because he cannot. He is never in the office, doesnt return emails promptly and God forbid you call him, because he doesnt answer the phone. I gave him one star because I had to give him one to write this review. And on the off chance he returns one of your phone calls, his answer to why has my policy increased by $100 over the last year his very best answer is I dont know followed by a laugh. He cant tell me where my money is going or why Im paying so much more in. Avoid him at all costs.
