Incredible customer service, the tellers are always friendly and quick to help. Payton and Jeremy are great to work with. Only ever great experiences banking with Legacy. Definitely a 5/5 star bank.

I hate legacy bank . Every time as a customer I need help they literally make it the hardest. I will be closing out my accounts ASAP

Spoke with Eli on the phone and explained my problem of trying to get a deposit to go through as to avoid overdraft fee. He begins to laugh at me over my issue. Spoke with Blake a manager who said all he could do was coach him. No apology, nothing. Blake even said Eli told him he laughed at me.

I needed a paper Notarized and offered to pay for it but when asked if I was a member: I got a very stern no! Again I offered to pay but was told No. Funny thing occurred to me: Im wanting to move my banking business to a closer location. Not on your life! Stupid rules come from not so bright management.
