Had them out to replace 7 smoke detectors. Guys did a great job and very fast; HOWEVER, I was NOT aware that Mister Sparky charges book rate. What does that mean? It means I had to pay $595 for 7 smoke detectors ($85 a piece). Due to timing and the fact that the guys were already out, I let them do the job. I will though, make sure I tell everyone that they are by far the most expensive electricians in all of NWA. Beware!

Chris was great. He educated us on what went wrong and was very friendly. Price was fair as well.

Recently I had a circuit go down in our home. The breaker did not trip so the problem was a break in the wiring somewhere. This area of our home had been retro fitted by another electrician that has since gone out of business so I couldn't have him back to fix it. I had two other electricians look at the issue and they both threw up their hands. I called Mr. Sparky and Chase Williams came out to check it out. Within an hour or so he identified where the problem was. Unfortunately it would require tearing out some dry wall to rewire it or do a workaround on the exterior which I opted for. They did a wonderful job. Later I discovered that a GFI outlet on the same circuit was not functional. This was a related problem but since they had not identified it in the first visit, there was no charge to get it fixed. I am thoroughly satisfied and would recommend them highly.
