United Bank

So far I am enjoying my experience with United Bank in Bentonville. Their annual percentage rate on checking and savings account sis better than any online bank I could find. Getting my business and personal checking accounts set up was relatively easy. I appreciated the extra measures they went through to verify the business account. Activating the online profiles and debit cards was a bit of a hassle and was not explained really well, but we eventually got both working. I am a bit concerned that there are no numbers to call on the back of the debit cards in case I have a problem, but they gave me a third-party business (Brella) that is supposed to monitor debit cards for them. I am also a bit bummed I cannot look at a single online profile to access both my accounts in one place; I have to log on to two separate online profiles. Other than that, the customer service is great and I am hopeful I have found a new, long-term bank that puts its customers first instead of its profits.

United Bank is the best! We have been with United bank for a while but the Bentonville branch went above and beyond to help us with a time sensitive situation caused by our online bank. Conner, Rebecca and Becky are definitely there to give the best service to UBs customers. They are fine examples of a home town bank that recognizes their patrons and treats them accordingly. Our online bank just lost our business.
