        OMG! As a gluten allergy person later in life, I SO miss all the good pastries. However, this place has nailed it. Not like the crumbling or cardboardish stuff you normally find. This is top-notch GF stuff. Super friendly too.

        I visited Olly Makes Bakery over the weekend during a trip to NW Arkansas. The sausage rolls were amazing, as was the scone. It cost a little more than I expected, but I was willing to pay for safe GF treats. I will be back on my next trip!
