Very friendly and helpful staff. Quick service. They also offer coffee, hot chocolate, espresso, and water for the waiting customers.

Traveling through town and had trouble with my Honda CRV. I showed up and stated that my engine was leaking oil and I was headed to an airport 6 hours away. They worked me into the schedule, found and fixed the problem and I was on my way. Thank goodness there are still great company providing incredible service.

I tried to schedule an appointment at Fletcher Honda for repair. They told me that it was Frank Fletchers policy not to service vehicles with over 125,000 miles if you didnt buy it there. My 2016 Honda Pilot is in excellent condition with 140,000 miles. I was having a sensor problem and I wanted it checked. I will never buy a vehicle from him and I will tell everyone I know his policy. This is bad customer service!
