        I can actually say we had a wonderful experience amidst a really bad situation. We walked into a mess - mold everywhere, floors saturated, downstairs ceiling collapsed - after a faulty water valve had been leaking for 6-8 weeks. The wonderful part was ServePro of Saline County. From the initial response and early mitigation efforts by Steven, to the management team, Brandon and Matt, who explained the process and met with the adjuster, to the grueling daily work by Jason and Courtland who took care of the whole mess, and to the very helpful and caring daily calls and texts from Britany, we ALWAYS felt we were in good hands! The entire team conveyed to us that they cared. They cared about us and what we going through and they cared about doing the job right. We are so grateful for the work they did and the care and kindness they showed. Extra shout out to Jason - you are a rock star! Thanks everyone!
