They were iffy at best. Many many weeks our pick up was delayed and sometimes they emailed with the reason, but other times no communication. They are comparable in rates but not dependable

Very unreliable (and I use this word lightly) "service". There would be weeks where there was no service whatsoever. Never even an offer of any kind of refund or making it right in any way. Poorly run. Stay away.

We have been with this company for over 4 years and have had repeated issues with trash not being picked up for 2 weeks.
This last time was it.
Last week, our neighbors trash was picked up but ours wasn't. When we called to see what was going on, the very unhelpful/unapologetic woman informed us that our trash was not out.... it was, in fact set out to the road the night prior to our pickup day. She then texts me a picture of a house that ISN'T EVEN OURS and proceeds to say again that my trash was not out. I told her that isn't even my house and she responded with we can either be refunded $7.50 or she could put us on the pickup route for Monday.
I agreed to the pickup on Monday because $7.50 isn't worth it when you're trash is overflowing.
Monday has come and gone and our trash is still not picked up and they have not responded when asked if they're still coming.
Terrible customer service, unreliable and less than eager to make it right.
Save yourself the headache and get your trash service elsewhere. There's a reason their reviews are bad.

It's rare that I go out of my way to write a negative review. Here are the things I don't like about the company:
1. Only offers a quarterly billing.
2. You have to call several times to get through to someone, and almost always have a busy signal.
3. They sent me an email saying my account was past due, and when I called to ask about it, the woman was very rude, and was basically like, yeah, it's a mistake. Bye. No apology, no, sorry for wasting your time. Just RUDE and curt.
4. When our account actually did go past due because of unforseen circumstances, they called and left a voicemail and told me to call about my bill, not "account" BILL. A) You should never leave that on a voicemail because of FDCPA collections laws and possibly giving that information to someone unauthorized. B) I heard the woman on my vm being really unprofessional and saying unprofessional things when she hadn't realized my VM beeped. That was enough for me to start shopping around, and looking for new service, with no payment.
5. And this, this was the last straw. They sent an email to let me know they were sending me to collections. They copied EVERYONE who that email went to where we could see it. They gave out my personal information to over 19 other customers. Oddly, I had the money, to restart and get caught up that day. However, after the voicemail, and ANOTHER FDCPA violation, that was enough. I sent off an angry email. The owner apologized, and did what she could to resolve it. I appreciate that, but after YEARS of constant unprofessionalism, and being a constant payor, this was just the final nail in the coffin.
Unfortuantely, they are the last company in Saline County I would recommend. Service: Trash removal & disposal
