Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

Worst experience ever, I do not recommend any child or adult to stay away because of safety and sanitary purposes. To begin with, there was only 1 person out front of the entire area to do check in's, questions, greet, and the only person there with people jumping in the park. They are supposed to have staff members at each area that's in use. Myself and two other families waited 5 - 7 minutes for us to find anyone who worked there for some drinks. Four different areas of the park were closed... why? Because of cleaning but the staff wasn't even out there. While our kids were jumping, we discussed a yellow painters screw, yellow, about 4" - 5" long sticking straight up in between the mats. I go to the front, Chloe, to speak to someone about this entire visit. Chloe gets her manager on duty (I think she was an assistant manager)and has already started with a very condescending tone, facial expressions, and mannerisms. The assistant manager came out, and my husband showed her where the screw was, and going back and forth. I explained to her how this experience has been, our concerns, and who to speak to that is her boss. The assist manager said her boss is Jared, but he has 2 businesses and is very busy. I tried calling to get Jared and then got the 1800 answering line and told them the issues and wanted to speak to Jared. She said she submitted for them to contact within 48 hours, and if not, call back, and it will get expedited up to Level 2, where I guess if they don't respond, corporate starts getting involved. I haven't heard from Jared, Corporate, anyone, and it's going on the 3rd business day since being escalated to the 2nd level or tier. I will not be visiting this location or any of its other locations across the states ever again, and I would recommend others to avoid going as well.

Most of the attractions are broken. For the money it cost to play there nothing shouldnt be broken. The play area with the slides are disgusting.

It was great, they even have a under 5 years old section. It is a little too dark for kids. They even have a climbing wall for them. Prices are good for what they offer.
