        This office took my payment over the phone when I thought I had missed a payment through ' a bank draft". Then the bank draft went through. This caused me to have"insufficient funds" . this office refused to compensate me for the insufficient funds THAT THEY CAUSED ME TO PAY. I'm about to be retirement age.
