        ive never had any problems with this place but last week was ridiculous. i made an appointment a few weeks in advance to replace my birth control. they had me confirm my appointment multiple times and the DAY BEFORE my appointment. they made me wait an hour past my appointment time and THEN informed me they dont have any nexpalnon to replace mine with. sounds like something i shouldve been informed of before the appointment so i didnt sit there for nothing. very poor on their part.
