Absolutely horrible. I did not know much about my gas log set up in our new house. I contacted this character to help me understand what I had and how to use it. He came out, charged me $115 to talk to me for 15 minutes. He did not check the gas line or do any repairs, cleaning, nothing. He told me I needed new logs as the old ones were crumbling. Upon checking to get new logs I apparently needed to know the burner I had. I sent 3 emails asking what burner I had and if 3 separate log sets would work in my fireplace. Nothing. I got a big fat nothing. This company is so rude that for $115 bucks they can't even return an email to confirm what I needed to purchase, which was the whole point of me hiring him as a professional. All I did was waste $115 and still knew as little about what I needed as I did before he came to my house. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Very unprofessional.
