        Poor Management. My 16 yr old daughter was involved an accident due to someone else's negligence in the car wash. Car in front of her put thier car in park inwhich while exiting stopped thier vehicle causing my daughter's to rear end them. Workers took pictures and reported the information and accident. Management has been avoiding the situation and refusing to return calls. Damages to front grill and bumper. If your management can't do thier job then why should the staff be required to. Poor Management leads to poor staffing. Okay so here we are months after incident. I will say that they finally stepped up and done what they said they would do. Just a long process to get there.
