HORRIBLE ! NOT even worth 1 Star but it wouldn't let me post with 0! Walked in at 3pm today,they close at 5pm and 2 ppl were waiting to be seen by a doctor. Nobody at the front desk and took a while for somebody to show up with an attitude of...We are short staffed and won't see any more people today ! WT H ? Would have been nice to at least asked me at least what is wrong .Thank God I didn't had a Heart Attack ! It felt like I was at a Nail salon or Hairdresser not an Urgent Care Clinic. My Veterinarian here in Bella Vista is more professional than that place !

From the time I walked in the door, until the time I left, all the staff was amazing. Kendra made the visit very efficient, and manageable.

I was in and out in 20 minutes! I went in for a sore throat and body aches. They tested me for Covid, flu, and strep. Strep ended up being positive so they prescribed some antibiotics. Very nice facility and nice staff, highly recommend to everyone!

Absolutely disgusted by the what happened at this location today. I brought my 6 year old child in that was having severe neck pain along with super swollen lymph nodes. We sat in traffic forever trying to get her to a doctor!! During check in I realized I had left my cards in my other vehicle. I only had my license in my bag with plenty of cash to cover the $125 visit fee. My daughter who was in severe pain was not allowed to check in because we only had CASH!!! ARE WE STILL IN AMERICA!? THIS IS DISGUSTING. We ended up going to the ER and now we are stuck with a huge medical bill! I don't care if this is policy!! It's a ridiculous policy!! Doctors are supposed to help people!! Mercy is ridiculous!!! I am going to switch my entire family to Northwest!! Absolutely disgusted that my child was turned away because we had CASH!!! Fix your ridiculous NO CASH policy!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!
