        I have had a massage scheduled since early December. I had to reschedule my first appointment for that time to late December. I rescheduled two weeks ago, no problem, I called this morning ( the day of my appointment, less than twenty minutes before my scheduled time ) to confirm the address only to be informed that she would have to cancel my appointment as she is not taking on new clients and is overwhelmed. That should have been mentioned when I scheduled a month ago, and rescheduled two weeks ago. Not minutes before the appointment.
