We have used The Maintenance Company multiple times in the last three houses we have loved in; including home inspection repairs, ceiling fan installations, cabinet work to install a double oven, and roof replacement. They have always been super friendly, quick, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend this crew for any job you have! The guys who came to do four different things at our house WALKED AWAY FROM THE JOB when we asked them to wear a mask even though we made it clear that we wanted them to wear masks days prior when they called to confirm the job. I definitely DO NOT recommend this company very unprofessional!
