River Dental

Service was alright though very slow. They are extremely expensive even with full insurance. Still charging 700 out of pocket after in network insurance for a root canal. Avoid unless you got money to back it up. This is not a dental office for the average person

My wife and I both started going to River Dental in Bella Vista about a year ago. I was very impressed with the level of care we have received there. Everyone is friendly, helpful and professional. I particularly like the fact that the business is only about two years old and they have all the latest most technically advanced equipment. Dr Putnam made a "bridge" for me last year and he did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to recommend River Dental to anyone looking for a great place to go for their dental care.

If I could give this office a negative 10 star rating I would absolutely horrible service I do not recommend going here my husband had a dental appointment and they first tried telling us that he had no dental insurance witch was completely ridiculous because he does and then they took it up on themselves to completely cancel his appointment because his phone had broke and he didn't call them back to confirm an appointment that had clearly already been made and then told us that he would have to reschedule after already waiting months for this appointment so he would then have to wait another two months all because they took it upon themselves to cancel his appointment with absolutely no permission to do so literally the day before it was scheduled absolutely ridiculous do not go here the service is the worst I have ever seen

Love this dental office. I have sensitive teeth. They are patient and make sure I'm comfortable. They do an excellent job. I had extensive work needed done and they did an excellent job!!

A positive experience! Friendly & professional staff that introduced themselves & explained everything. Dr. Logan, Abby & Aubry were so professional thorough & helpful. They really took an interest in my personal case & made helpful suggestions for my future care & wellness. Very pleased.
