        Lady has gotten an attitude me both times ive dealt with her over simple deposits. She was also rude to my mother for no reason the one time she had dealt with her. The other people have been just fine. I know yall know who i am talking about. She is ruining your location.

        I've been with ARVEST since the late 90's and have never... not once had a problem with my account or customer service. If I have a question or need something a Representative helps immediately and is friendly and professional. I've been to many different branches of ARVEST and the service is always the same and the clerks are always professional, friendly, and helpful. But my go-to ARVEST branch is the TOWN CENTER in Bella Vista. That's where I opened my account and through the decades I've been treated respectfully, and my accounts well taken care of. I could not be more pleased with the service or the entire experience over the decades.
