I love taking care of there residents! The food is wonderful and the staff is top notch! I would recommend this community to anyone who is looking for a place to help aging parents or family! So much fun and support.

Mom and dad moved in Summer of 2019. They were so well taken care of by staff. After dad passed away in 2020, mom has gotten involved in many activities. Social activities have been frequent and fun! She has also been provided therapy and exercise classes for strength and mobility.

May dad who lives in Oklahoma will be moving to NWA and residing at Concordia of Bella Vista in the next month. Our Senior Consultant, Ms. Erin Hagar was so awesome, caring, energetic and just down right amazing! She is so loving to the family of residents, knowing all by name. As we were touring the facility, Erin would introduce dad to the residents we encountered, making dad feel so welcome. There was no pressure and she made sure she kept dads feelings in check at all times. Five stars for Erin and the Concordia staff!

I have lived at Concordia Independent Living Center for 4.5 years and have loved every minute of it. It's the perfect place for an older single person to live since you have friends right next door. To top that off, we also lots of staff who are the very BEST!!!

The staff at Concordia welcomed my mother-in-law with open arms and continued to care for her (and us!) with utmost compassion throughout her stay - sensitive to every need, and completely committed to making her feel at home. They truly couldnt have done more to lend our family the peace of mind we so needed at a very difficult time (THANK YOU, Renae, Lisa, Leah, Cindy and Mike!). We had the opportunity to meet many of the residents and everyone we met was so friendly and willing to come alongside mom to help her get acquainted and introduce her to others, inviting her to join them for meals and activities. Mom relocated recently, but only because she required more advanced care. I will miss visiting Concordia regularly but they might just find me dropping in to visit!
