Mr.Hawes, I’m sorry you feel this way. As discussed when I came out to see you to look at your drive way, we are not responsible for existing damages. Your driveway was cracked and had potholes prior to us commencing work. We did put forth the extra effort to try and appease you by filling in one of the potholes that our machine had knocked the asphalt edges loose at. As far as your yard, we spread the dirt as best as we could and covered it with straw to help keep mud from getting tracked. With major repairs like what we had to do, it is very difficult to get it back to existing conditions, but we always try to take care of our customers and make things as right as we can.
