Great experience with this company on more than 1 occasion, I have 2 units. Quick to return calls, get you scheduled and reasonable prices. They go above and beyond to educate and assist customers in caring for their units for optimal function. I currently have 2 maintenance contacts and will continue with Holland Heat and Air.

UPDATED BELOW! - We hired this company back in May due to our A/C unit not working. They came out, super nice couple, told us what needed to be fixed and sold us a part to fix it for $30. We also paid them to do a service maintenance twice a year for $150 and said they would come the following week to do the first service. The part they sold us ended up being the wrong part, but we were able to purchase the correct part online and fix it ourselves. We reached out asking if we could get a refund for $30 to return the part they sold but they didnt respond/dodged our question so we figured wed re ask once they came the following week to do our service maintenance. They never showed up and never called to reschedule. We called the next day and they said theyd come out the following week. Again, no show, no reschedule or heads up. I messaged on Facebook where they finally told me an emergency happened and that they would be out the following week. Ok no big deal I understand things happen. The following week comes and no show and no reschedule and no cancel. Our A/C went out again and we call pleading them, to please come out this time and she says they can try the next day. Again no show/no call. We fix the problem ourselves through YouTube videos but it was difficult and something that shouldve been done with the service maintenance (pipe needed cleaned out). We called them again July 8th and she assures us they will be out the following Tuesday. Again, no show/no call. We have had to schedule so much around them coming out to service our A/C and than them not showing has become a complete waste of time for us and total us being out $180 for a job they never did and a wrong part they sold us. My husband works paycheck to paycheck in the military, so $180 is quite a bit in our eyes to just throw away. Update - Back a week before Thanksgiving, I posted on social media my experience with this company and then they finally reached out trying to right their wrong as long as we removed the post. In the end they refunded us the full amount ($180). I changed my star rating from 1 to 3 because they did refund us in the end but we still did not have an overall good experience with them. Thankfully I see a ton of new 5 star reviews on this company now, so it looks like they have changed their ways and moved forward with becoming an honest and better company.
