    John sold a "lemon" vehicle to my son's girlfriend, who is only 22 years old. The car caught on fire 2 days after she drove it off the lot. He has ignored her calls for assistance on getting the vehicle repaired and/or returned due to it being a "lemon". After I've reached out to him, he has been extremely hateful and rude. This company should be shut down due to terrible business practices.Please do the right thing.

    I do not recommend buying from here. I bought a car and within 10 days of buying it I noticed not one but two of the seat belt buckles we're not even connected. They literally were pulled right out of the seat as easy as you could pull. Also the bumper on my car kept popping loose. He was willing to fix it as long as it was a clip.Once we found out it was in fact because all of the bumper mounts were broken and it needed replaced we have not heard a peep from him. Had 2 flat tires the day I left the lot. Certainly won't buy here again.

    DO NOT buy from these people! My sister bought a vehicle and the very next day the check engine light came on and she had lots of issues. They refused to help her and make it right. The sales guy told her to find a random guy on the side of the road and buy them a 30 pk and have them fix it. I went in and asked him why would he even say that to her. He said he was joking. Sorry but this is not a joking matter. We went to a couple different shops and parts stores and everyone had a story to share about other people that came in with their vehicles and dealt with the same issues! We have contacted the local news stations and the BBB to help make sure this doesn't keep happening! If you want to keep a business then you fix your vehicles before you put them on the lot. These people are very shady!

Ms. Brooks, I am sorry you had a bad experience. Roger has not reached out to you because he no longer works for us. I understand that vehicle issues can be frustrating and that a broken seatbelt can be a safety concern, however, the vehicle was in good condition when it was sold to you. Is there a reason that you did not bring the vehicle to the dealership to be inspected?

I'm sorry, but this is not exactly true. The customer test drove the vehicle twice before purchasing. She absolutely loved it, and nothing was wrong with it. A check engine light did come on the next day unfortunately, but the code I pulled was for a 02 sensor. I did make a joke that it would be an easy fix and could probably find a good ole boy to do it for 30 pack. Then I immediately after that referred her to a mechanic shop that I have used for years and including with my own personal vehicles. She has not taken it to the shop. The vehicle is over 10 years old, and problems do occur, but I offered to get it resolved. The vehicle came with a warranty. I can't help getting anything fixed if a mechanic doesn't give me a diagnosis.
